Staffmark has partnered with a commercial construction company in Rogers, AR, and we are seeking an Accountant to join their team. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented candidate that is eager to learn and grow. Schedule | 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday | Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/yr. (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations for multiple client accounts.
• Manage payroll, sales tax filings, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to support client decision-making.
• Utilize QuickBooks and SmartVault for accounting and document management.
• Collaborate with the CPA team on client tax filings and related support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience (public accounting a plus).
• Proficient in QuickBooks, SmartVault, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, sales tax, and financial reporting processes.
• QuickBooks Online Certification (QBOC) preferred.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients.
