Sparkle Car Wash is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, people-focused Assistant Manager to help lead our Calumet City team. At Sparkle, our people come first — from customers to teammates to leaders.

If you have retail, customer service, or leadership experience and want to grow in a fast-paced, team-driven environment , this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Site Manager and run the site when they’re off-site.
• Lead, train, and onboard team members.
• Handle opening, closing, and daily deposits with care.
• Ensure consistent operations and strong performance across shifts.
• Earn commission on personally sold club plans.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18.00–$19.00/hour.
• Commission on club plans (for all employees, including management).
• Clear growth path to Site Manager and District leadership roles.
