Position – Audio/Video Technician
Location – Hudson, WI

Type – Full-Time
Shift – 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay – $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience

Experience – Entry-level welcome; prior experience with electronics, wiring, or technical tasks helpful. Strong willingness to learn and grow required.
The Audio/Video Technician supports the installation and setup of A/V systems for both homes and businesses. This role provides hands-on learning opportunities, working closely with senior technicians to gain skills in wiring, equipment installation, and system setup.
Responsibilities –
Assist with installation of audio/video systems and related wiring.
Learn to interpret system layouts, diagrams, and equipment instructions.
Maintain tools, equipment, and job site organization.
Support senior technicians to ensure accurate, high-quality work.
Uphold professional conduct and a positive attitude on every project.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Complete additional tasks as needed to support team and customer goals.
Qualifications –
Basic familiarity with electronics or mechanical systems helpful.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical trade.
Dependable, motivated, and able to collaborate effectively with a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional attitude.
Willingness to work on-site and occasionally outdoors.
