About the Role

We are seeking a passionate BCBA Intern who is actively pursuing BCBA certification. Youll gain hands-on experience under the supervision of a Licensed BCBA while helping children and families reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Assist with assessments and individualized treatment planning
• Collect and analyze client data to guide intervention decisions
• Collaborate with caregivers and RBTs for consistent, compassionate care
• Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development
  

Requirements

• Masters degree (or in final semester) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Currently pursuing BCBA certification and accruing supervision hours
• RBT certification preferred, not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Passion for supporting children with autism and their families

Compensation & Benefits
