Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Professional

Location(s): Cary, NC

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems.
• Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed.
• Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.
• Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Individual must be able to work all shifts.
• Preferred Telecommunication Experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Strong in customer service, appropriate phone manners, ability to think and react to changing situation

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• At minimum a High School diploma, some college preferred.

Experience:

• 3-5 years.
