Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Shop Assistant to join our growing team full-time. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our shop's organization and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the remodeling industry, with potential to advance into an installer position in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Assist installers with preparing tools, materials, and equipment for jobs.
• Perform general shop tasks, including stocking supplies, minor repairs, and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Help load and unload materials and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Provide support on job sites when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic knowledge of tools and shop safety is a plus but not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.
