Expanding SabaiHealths Leadership Build the Worlds Best AI Health and Wellness Guide as Founding CTO

Are you a globally recognized rockstar in AI, cloud, social impact, or human psychology who also loves shipping product? SabaiHealth is searching for an extraordinary Founding Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to architect, build, and scale the worlds best AI health and wellness guide. You have to provide leadership, strategy, governance and inspiration to the BoA, Leadership and Investors alike.

ABOUT SABAIHEALTH

SabaiHealth is aiming to build the worlds smartest, safest, most accessible AI health and wellness guide to deliver world-class medical guidance to every human on Earthfree, forever. We hope by combining deep clinical rigor, emotional intelligence, and human networks to build this.

1. Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Specialized, empathetic AI core for superior emotional intelligence and engagement, tuned to real-world conversations across channels like LINE, WhatsApp, and Messenger.
2. Clinical Accuracy (IQ): MultiLLM ensemble medical AI with evidencebased guidance, validated for clinical safety, explainability, and regulatory readiness.
3. Human Ecosystem: Open network connecting AI users to human nurses, doctors, pharmacies, labs, and hospitals, so that lived knowledge continuously improves the system.

By 2035, Sabai will be the default health guide for 1 billion people, with 10 million expert Digital Twins preserving the worlds greatest doctors knowledge forever.

WHO WERE RECRUITING

We seek one extraordinary Founding CTO with deep expertise in:

• AI and machine learning (LLMs, RAG, multiagent systems) in healthcare or other regulated domains.
• Scalable, secure mulli-cloud architectures, data platforms, and microservices.
• Healthcare integrations: FHIR/HL7, EHR/EMR, claims, devices, or health data platforms.
• Applied MLOps: model evaluation, monitoring, safety, guardrails, and experiment tracking.
• Privacy, security, and compliance (HIPAA/PDPA/GDPR or similar).
• Building and leading highperformance, missiondriven engineering and data teams from 0110.
• Productminded leadership: partnering with founders, clinicians, and designers to ship lovable experiences fast.

Ideal candidate profile:

Open to an allequity role at the outset, with compensation heavily weighted toward meaningful ownership.

• Proven track record as a CTO or equivalent technical founder with at least one successful exit or prior 7figure fundraise.
• Visionary systems thinker excited to help architect Sabais longterm technical, data, and AI roadmap and to build a categorydefining company around health equity and access.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Founding CTO equity in a healthcare AI company positioned for a unicorn trajectory. Compensation is primarily equity, with the option (not requirement) to invest personally and participate in future financing rounds.

You will:

Own the endtoend technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for Sabais AI health platform across multiple countries.

• Build and lead a worldclass engineering, data, and MLOps team distributed across Asia and beyond.
• Shape product strategy, safety and governance frameworks, gotomarket technology, and key partnerships with hospitals, payors, and regulators.
