GameAbove Sports Bowl Game Day Intern

The GameAbove Sports Bowl Game Day Intern position will have game day duties including, without limitation, the following:

• Assist with media check-in and credential pick up
• Assist with media vest and photo waiver distribution and collection
• Support Press Box set up and operations, including placing placards and signage
• Track and make copies of game day stats
• Deliver stats to media and team personnel
• Record and transcribe post-game press conference
• Package and distribute media gift bags
• Assist with post-game trophy presentation
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Nonessential Functions:

• Will accept other responsibilities and duties required by the supervisor consistent with the objectives and essential functions of this position. Such responsibilities shall be incorporated into the position description if they are ongoing.
• Will keep appropriate information confidential
• Maintain professionalism when communicating with internal and external contacts
• Must be accurate and efficient with ability to meet deadlines
• Will adjust work schedule to meet departmental demands

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Time management skills for managing various event tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills along with great listening skills
• Must be available to work December 22, 23, and 26, 2025
• Must be able to climb stairs with the ability to lift and carry items
• Must be professional, responsible and have proven ability in being punctual
• Must have a "Can Do" customer service attitude
• Must have the ability and willingness to take direction
