Job Summary:

Responsible for greeting every person entering the retail pub and assisting them in a friendly, courteous, timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests upon arrival
• Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Sell and restock merchandise
• Support bar staff with table clearing and restroom upkeep
• Keep the host area clean and organized
• Assist with food delivery and table bussing

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Weekend availability required
• Organized and able to multitask effectively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience handling money and processing transactions
• Excellent time management and sense of urgency
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Dependable and adaptable
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
