Position Overview: The Industrial Cleaning Superintendent will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of industrial cleaning laborers and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of cleaning services performed at the assigned location.
Responsibilities and Duties: - Responsible for the supervision of a crew involving high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup, etc. in a plant-based setting.
- Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely.
- Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
- Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements.
- Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application.
- Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program
- Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture.
- Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
- Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.
- Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
Qualifications: Education and Experience - Must have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
- Class B CDL is preferred, but not required.
- Candidate must be knowledgeable of different high-pressure hydro blast equipment including the different tips and pressures ranging from 10,000 psi- 40,000 psi.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.
