*Job Description*

We are looking for a full-time Licensed Optician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, patient-focused, and enjoys working in a positive, accountable environment. You’ll play a key role in guiding patients through eyewear selection, ensuring proper fittings, and contributing to the continued success of our independent practice.

*Responsibilities*

* Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service to every patient
* Communicate clearly and collaboratively with patients, team members, and doctors
* Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle, prescription, and style
* Dispense eyewear and contact lenses with accuracy and care
* Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings using manual lensometers and optical tools
* Enter and manage patient and order information accurately in our systems
* Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing optical environment
* Show eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement
