Position Overview: REMOTE Call Center Agent
Join our dynamic remote team in a critical role where you’ll ensure our healthcare clients receive patient records swiftly and accurately. As a REMOTE Call Center Agent you’ll receive high volume inbound calls verify essential information, and maintain precise records, all while working from home and following a Central Time schedule.
Location: Fully remote (Must reside in TX )
Pay Rate: $16/hour + full benefits, paid weekly
Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am–9:00 pm CST (schedule flexibility based on team needs/ Any 8 hour shift )
Start Date: Anticipated November 2025
Equipment: All required tools and technology will be fully supplied and shipped directly to your home
Key Responsibilities:
This is an inbound call center role working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
May make outbound calls as needed
Accurately record, verify, and input all gathered information
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and adhere to internal company protocols
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role (required)
Previous experience in healthcare or medical records is highly preferred but not required .
High school diploma or equivalent
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
Must reside within Texas
