Your role in our mission
The Senior Operations Analyst will help Prosper deliver best-in-category products. You will identify sources of data, analyze data, and identify trends that can be used by the business. You will be responsible for developing and deploying data driven strategies and insights for Operations. You will identify KPIs and develop reporting to ensure we are measuring the right metrics and driving the right business decisions. In this role, you will partner with business owners to pursue analytical opportunities and uncover insights to inform change. You will serve as a leader amongst the team and partner with Operations, Risk, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering teams to improve processes and deliver against projects.
How you'll make an impactCompensation details: The salary for this position is $104,000 - $135,000 annually, plus bonus and generous benefits. In determining your salary, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
