The Role :
The Utility Locate Manager provides management and oversight of internal private utility locating services in support of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) operations throughout Illinois, Michigan and Indiana. This contractor role is responsible for coordinating locating activities, ensuring accurate utility identification prior to drilling, and supporting damage prevention efforts. The contractor operates independently, managing time and methods while meeting project requirements, safety standards, and agreed-upon deliverables.
Team Structure: You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work closely with field technicians and project managers.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities.
Education: A degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field is preferred.
