\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.
\n\nOpportunity:
\nRN - Circulator OR
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work varying shifts including 5:45 AM-2:15 PM, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, and 1:00 PM-9:30 PM
\n• Call required 1 day per week and parts of 2 weekends in a 6-week schedule
\n• 13-week contract assignment
\n• Function as a circulating nurse responsible for patient safety during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
\n• Work under direction of Director of Surgical Services, OR Unit Manager, RN in Charge, and/or Nursing Supervisor
\n• Demonstrate appropriate assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
\n• Deliver care in accordance with established standards utilizing AORN Standards, Recommended Practices and Guidelines
\n• Apply principles of asepsis and infection control
\n• Function effectively as a team member in surgical environment
\n• Current or temporary RN license in ND or compact RN licensure required
\n• BLS certification required within orientation period
\n• CNOR certification preferred but not required for RN Circulator
\n• 2 years experience in specific specialty preferred
\n• Level 2 trauma experience preferred
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Cerner experience required
\n• Must be efficient and able to make appropriate judgments
\n• 50 mile radius rule applies
